Work 2 Meets Hosted by TOPS
Work as volunteer staff at 2 meets
hosted by TOPS Acrobatics. These are fundraisers for the team and help us keep
your fees to the Parent's Club at a reasonable price. Dates for the meets are
determined at the Regional Fall Meeting, held sometime between the end of
September and the end of October. If there are certain dates that are
problematic for your family, please let us know prior to the Fall Meeting. There
will be a $50 fine for each meet not worked by a member of your family.

Fundraisers for All Pro Gymnastics
Parents Organization
TOPS Acrobatics is part of the overall
Parents Organization at All Pro Gymnastics. As such, our budget reaps benefits from
their fundraisers. However, it also means we are being asked to participate in
the mandatory fundraisers that help raise these extra funds. There are two
mandatory fundraisers which are still being determined. More details to follow
as they are available.
Not mandatory, but rewarding
Work as a volunteer at the Region 7 Acrobatic
Championships
At the Regional Championships, which are held every year
at the Prince Georges Sports Complex in Landover, MD, you are given a choice.
You can volunteer for one session or lose your $50 volunteer deposit. Some
parents opt to pay, but the Region really needs volunteers, so we encourage
everyone participate in this special day.
Work as a volunteer at the 2008 National
Acrobatic Championships
For parents who have athletes attending Nationals,
volunteering allows you to earn an event pass that provides access to the
competition sessions. It's a nice perk if you are planning to attend the event
anyway. |
