| Schedule is
tentative and subject to change. There will be no make-ups
this year, so athletes are expected to come in and do alternate training
when their partners don't attend. |
Financial Obligations
There are two different
categories of costs.
Parents of team members are
responsible for costs in both categories:

for using their facility and their coaching staff.

Parents
Organization Fees
This is what you pay to the Parent's
Organization. Fees to the Parents Organization covers items such as meet fees,
uniforms, clinics, etc.

This is paid as an initial
payment of $100, with 9 monthly payments of $40 per month.
The initial payment is due
October 15th. Monthly installments begin November 15th, and each 15th
thereafter through July 15th.
Statements from our treasurer
are sent by e-mail and printed copy around the 15th of each month.

If your
athlete chooses to attend more than the two required local meets, there will
be an additional $45 fee charged to your Parent’s Club account. (This is
rare.) |

If your
athlete’s group does not qualify at the first state meet, your athlete may
compete in one more state championship meet at a cost of $60. (This is rare
but can happen.) |
