Financial Obligations
 

There are two different categories of costs.

 

Parents of team members are responsible for costs in both categories:

 

 

Tuition

This is what you pay to the gym for using their facility and their coaching staff.

    There is a once-yearly registration fee of $100 due September 1, 2007.

 

Parents Organization Fees

This is what you pay to the Parent's Organization. Fees to the Parents Organization covers items such as meet fees, uniforms, clinics, etc.

    USAG Membership Registration $45
    2 Local Meets $45 each

    Coaching expenses for local meets, nationals and other competitions Varies
    Administrative costs (bank fees, etc.) Minimal

 

This is paid as an initial payment of $100, with 9 monthly payments of $40 per month.  

 

The initial payment is due October 15th.  Monthly installments begin November 15th, and each 15th thereafter through July 15th.

 

Statements from our treasurer are sent by e-mail and printed copy around the 15th of each month.

 

 

Extra costs that are not included which you will most likely incur:

    Team Warm-up $160? if new - $100 if used
    Team Leo, Warm-up Leo Approximately $80 for team leo, $30 for warm up leo (Groups level 8 and above may incur additional cost due to multiple routines.
    Choreography Approximately $50 for the lower levels, $75 for the higher levels.
    National Championships entry fee $125
    National Championships travel expenses Airfare/transportation, hotel, food, etc. - $400 to 600 depending on location

 

Extra costs that are not included which you are less likely to incur:

    Additional
    Local Meets
    If your athlete chooses to attend more than the two required local meets, there will be an additional $45 fee charged to your Parent’s Club account. (This is rare.)
    Additional State Championships If your athlete’s group does not qualify at the first state meet, your athlete may compete in one more state championship meet at a cost of $60. (This is rare but can happen.)
    Regional Clinic $75 (optional, not required)
    National Championships
    T-shirt and Banquet tickets
     Optional, not required
